Village bbq

We kick off our activities in Methven with a community BBQ, providing food and fun for all ages.

​The BBQ will take place next to the Good News Hall on Rorrie Terrace and will be FREE of charge. We'll have some children's games to keep the youngsters occupied and allow the adults time to chat.

Each night we will be giving short, interesting talks explaining the good news of the Christian Gospel and it's relevance to us today. It is a message of forgiveness, love and hope for all people based on a personal relationship with God. For thousands of years, millions of people have found it to be a truly life-changing message. Come along and make up your own mind. Everyone welcome!

The Faith Factor is coming to Methven for the first time! Presented by Graeme Paterson who has taken the Faith Factor all over the UK, and organised by those who run Perth Gospel Hall Sunday School, this is an unmissable event for children of all ages. Come along for some fantastic Bible stories, fun games and fabulous prizes; all FREE of charge!

Join us for a light lunch in the Good News Hall, and listen to an interesting talk while you eat. ​On 30th May we'll learn about William Coltman, the highest decorated NCO of WW1, and his faith in God. Then on 6th June we'll learn about the 1969 Longhope lifeboat disaster. ​All ages welcome. All FREE of charge!
